DESCRIPTION:La beerchef Caroline Noel\, socia fondatrice della nostra associazione\, si esibirà in un live showcooking brassicolo assieme allo chef Kumalé nell’ambito del Tripel B Fest\, il primo festival italiano interamente dedicato alle birre belghe che si svolgerà a Torino dal 26 al 28 maggio 2017. \n \nShowcooking\nDurante lo showcooking cucineremo e degusteremo un grande classico della cucina brassicola della Vallonia: Les Boulets à la liégeoise. \nL’evento è gratuito\, ma è necessario registrarsi per avere diritto ad un posto a sedere e ad un assaggio del piatto preparato da Chef Kumalè e Caroline Noel. \nSenza registrazione sarà comunque possibile seguire lo showcooking con un posto in piedi e senza degustazione. \nPer registrarti vai alla pagina: showcookingkumale \nStand\nSaremo presenti alla manifestazione anche con uno stand informativo per far conoscere le attività dell’associazione Le Donne della Birra.
